Event completed: The 18–19 September expo and 19–20 September inaugural festival are now complete. This invitation is retained as an archive; see the official-results report and weekend recap. This update records the published coverage without claiming visitor, sales or attendance totals.
The Geelong Running Festival expo is our first stop this race weekend—and we would love it to be yours. We will be there with ToeSox, Tavi Active and Mizu, ready to meet the runners, supporters and local community making Geelong’s inaugural festival special.
Call in while you collect your bib, bring a friend and tell us what you are looking forward to. Whether your weekend is about a marathon finish, a shorter race or cheering someone you love, come and visit us. There is plenty to talk about before the starting line.

Geelong Running Festival expo: when and where to visit
The official Brooks Running Expo schedule lists Friday 18 September, 8am–7pm, and Saturday 19 September, 8am–6pm, at Nyaal Banyul Geelong Convention and Event Centre, 80 Western Beach Road, Geelong. These are the published expo hours; check the organiser’s information before setting off.
Look for ToeSox, Tavi Active and Mizu when you arrive. Our invitation is simple: stop for a chat, explore the products and ask about the styles and options available on the day. You do not need a marathon story to join the conversation. Your first walk-run, weekly club session or next Pilates class is just as welcome.
ToeSox: meet the grip socks for your studio sessions
Running routines often include time away from the road. If Pilates, yoga or other studio sessions are part of yours, take a closer look at ToeSox. The brand’s distinctive five-toe design and grip soles make it an interesting option for those barefoot-style activities.
Come and ask about fit, toe styles and care. Grip socks are studio products, so think about the classes you actually attend and the surfaces you use them on. Tell us what is already in your training bag and what you would like to explore. Seeing the designs in person is a good starting point for a useful conversation.
Tavi Active: discover your next training-day favourite
Tavi Active offers activewear and grip socks, with a range that includes leggings, sports bras, shorts and tops. For runners who also enjoy the gym or studio, that opens up plenty of possibilities beyond the race-day outfit.
Bring your questions about sizing, feel and how an item fits into your week. Perhaps you are looking for something for a regular class, a change after training or a comfortable layer around an event. Our team can talk through the selection at the stand; availability will depend on the stock brought to the expo.
Mizu: a reusable bottle for the days around your runs
Mizu makes reusable bottles, including single-wall and insulated options. Think of the bottle beside your desk, in your gym bag or with you on the journey to training: useful everyday kit that can become part of a familiar routine.
Ask us about bottle size, lids and the options on display. Consider where you will use it and how you will carry it. A bottle for the car or gym bag can serve a different purpose from the equipment you choose to carry while racing, and the expo is a great place to discuss that distinction.
Make us part of your expo visit
Collecting a bib is often the moment a race starts to feel real. Enjoy it. Leave room for a browse, bring your questions and share a little of the excitement with the people around you. Keep race-day gear familiar and save any new purchases for a suitable opportunity to try them.
